Shipping 

Shipping countries:  

We deliver worldwide. We have partnered with Global-e to ship to over 190 countries. Delivery times, costs and customs duties depend on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping cost :  

Belgium:

• Free delivery to one of our stores.
• Free for all orders of €250 or above. 
• €2 for Bpost packet distributors and Bpost delivery points
• €3.50 for Bpost home delivery

Europe:

• €5.50 and free for any order of €135/€150/€175 or above.
• For France, the shipping is free for any order of €135 or above.
• For the Netherlands, Germany and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, shipping is free for any order of €150 or above.
• For the other European countries, deliveries are free for any order of €175 or above.

The UK:

• GBP 5 and free for all orders of GBP 125 or above. 

Switzerland: 

• CHF 5 and free for all orders of CHF 150 or above. 

The United States: 

• USD 9.90 and free for orders of USD 200 or above. 

Rest of the world: 

• €9.90 and free for all orders of €200 or above.  

Shipping method:

For Belgium and France, we deliver with Bpost. For the other countries, we deliver with DHL courrier, express and with PDP point of collection.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For a shipping in Belgium, Buissonnière will do its best to ship the order within 5 opening days at the delivery address, following the validation of the order and upon receipt of the payment. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm.

For shipping outside of Belgium, you will receive your order within 3 to 15 opening days. If you are absent when the delivery agent presents your order, he will leave a card giving you the possibility to schedule another home delivery or to go to the nearest post office to receive your package. 

Return 

You have the option of returning any goods purchased on the website if you are not completely satisfied with them.

To return goods, please login to your account.

The return costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Return costs per country:

• From Belgium : €2.50
• From Europe: €3.5
• From the United Kingdom: 5 GBP
• From Switzerland: 5 CHF
• From the United States: 10 USD
• Rest of the world: €10

Return policy:

You have the right to return goods within 14 days after the date of delivery, as evidenced by the postmark or the delivery firm.
The items you wish to return must not have been worn or used. Items must be packed in their original packaging with all labels and accessories received on delivery
Items returned according to the above conditions will be fully refunded. 

You have the possibility of choosing between a refund on the credit card used at the time of your order, and a voucher redeemable on our site.

If you are located in Belgium, you can also exchange your goods in one of our stores.

Items purchased in our e-shop during the sales, from 2 January to mid February, can neither be exchanged nor returned in the shop, but must be returned by mail to the e-shop in order to receive a refund.
The cost of the return is at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the amount of the returned items.
